I just made some boards (2-6) but have never tried board pressing. So I have some questions. Please weigh in if you have recommendations.
1. Once a week with the boards?
2. How many sets and reps?
3. When is the last time they should be used leading up to a meet?
4. Any advice, tips, etc.?
I'm just looking for some recipies on what anyone has tried with the boards and have had success with.
