No, I did paused reps last week. My wife and I are staying at Comfort Suites or Inn, I'm not sure. I'm gonna hit bi's and shoulders thursday night. Tri's and back on Saturday night, and a modified lighter bench on Tuesday. Should be good to go. I suck in competition if I take the whole week before off. All workouts pretty much will be cut in half and a little lighter.
