looks good. did you pause any? I'm hitting 405 for a few pauses friday, off sat and sun, then some sets with 315 on monday and rest of week off. JT talked with me for awhile a couple weeks ago and his deloading approach worked well for me in Feb so i'm trying it again. If you feel like crap and hit 570 youre good to go my friend.
My wife and i and 6 yr old boy are staying in Holiday Inn. Couldnt get into Comfort Inn. How are you gearing up or tapering off before the comp next week? Take care.
