(OOPS on the last one) I think it's because of my advancing years, but when I get done with a meet I don't want to look at big weights for at least a week or two...if not more. I know you do so many meets that they are in your training plan as a heavy day, but no way I could keep up that pace. Seems to be working for you though, numbers keep going up and no injuries...so CONGRATS.
