Two more light bench press workouts. Then, I finally get to go Heavy on August 1st & August 8
I plan to do Heavy Reverse Band bp with boards on August 1st and shirt work on August 8. The heaviest weight I ever had in my hand is 635. I'm looking to blow that away by 50 pounds.
