Squats
55x5-3 sets, close, medium and wide, walked out
145x3, 145x1-walked out
235x2, 235x1-walked out
325x1, 325x1-walked out
415x1, 415x1-walked out
475x2-3 sets, used monolift
475x2-3 sets, walked out
505x1-walked out
600x1-walked out
That was it. Feeling much better. My knee is a little tight but, much better than last week.
