Thanks Gary. I am down on the shirted lifts by about 25-35 lbs from a year ago. I dropped down into the 198's, but I lift better at a higher weight. Fine line between feeling good and doing good. May or may not get back to where I was, but will keep plugging away. Are you going to stay in the 242's? I noticed on ND link that you went over 400. That is great.
