No deadlifts this week, but was happy with last week's numbers.
Shrugs front w/straps
315 x 8
495 x 8
675 x 6
765 x 5 (More legs involved than I would have liked)
Side raises
2 sets of 8 with 40 lb dumbbell
Close grip (lats)
rack 3 sets of 8
Cross over with cables
Yes I know it's a bodybuilding movement.
Yes I know it's probably not helping any lift
Yes there was a really good looking woman close
No, she didn't even look at me. Ha.
Easy day.
