Thanks for the encouragement, Steve. I don't feel as bad as I thought after the squat workout. Maybe I am not as bad off as I thought. I see that the M2 records in your weight class with take a beating when you turn 50. I hope to see you in a meet down the line. Keep healthy.
Crackles and pops are good. It shows that your body still cares!!
