Hey all, long time no communication. Lots of song writing going on at the benny camp these days. We've taken a significant break in in our live performances as to not burn out. Playing every weekend somewhere was killing us, and we began to try to kill one another. This is not good. Things have been getting better and the new material is brutal. The heaviest shit to come from us yet.Just the right amount of "groovy" meets "#### YOU".
In other news we have a rockin show for ya comming up @ the seahorse on Oct. 24 w/ Chamberlains (pei) and punk legends The McFaddens
(Chris McFadden fuking scares me) but we'll get through it.It's going to be great show and lets pray for utter destruction, get a real scene going on in this sleepy city. Anyway, go #### all your selves, till next time.
