Hi I have been transplanted four and a half mths. I have not had your husbands problem. I really thought that I would but has not happened yet. I think some of his problem is the meds, as they can cause depression, and will lessen in time as they are reducede. I will have to say that I became depressed at about three mths, and finally realized that i needed help. I called three friends that were transplanted before me,through talking to them I have gotten over my depression. Tell your husband to keep in mind that he is not sick all the time now,and things will get better as you go. I believe that the donor in my case would want me to make good use of their organ, the case being that they are no longer able to utilize it, and they signed the card to give life to some one else, to live a better life. Hope this helps. George
