Again, I am not sure how the immunosuppressant drugs will affect hepatitis, but reactivation of infection is quite possible. And some drugs have a slightly toxic effect on the liver; in most cases this is manageable but it could theoretically be a more troublesome with additional conditions such as hepatitis.
