I do not know of a single list of stuff to avoid, it depends on more what is IN the different foods we eat and how they interact with our drugs. Always watch saturated fat (our drugs make cholesterol and blood fats worse), probably minimize refined sugar (stresses the pancreas and insulin receptors, already under stress from our drugs), watch sodium and potassium (especially if your lab values show one or the other is high or low), stay away from grapefruit and grapefruit juice (I just learned that the tangelo is a hybrid grapefruit and may have similar dangers). The reason for avoiding salt substitutes is that they are almost completely potassium, and Prograf and a few other drugs can cause the body to retain too much potassium.
