Absolutely get the antibiotics. That was in big, bold print in my post transplant instructions. And they do not even need to do any work on your teeth, even if they just look around with the tools, then you need to be medicated.
Would be good to now what your 12 hour blood levels of Prograf are, since the amount people take can vary a lot, but the effective blood level that is absorbed has a pretty narrow range.
