I am hearing 4-6 weeks recovery. I am in good health now so I am hoping that recovery will be quicker. I guess my main concerns are infection, increase of hypertension meds (due to electrolye changes) and extended post-op pain. Also that I really don't feel all that bad right now except for these urinary problems that I can't shake no matter how much fluid I use to dilute the urinary enzymes. It is serious enough that I know I need the surgery (two years of urinary problems!!!) but I still hate to tempt fate with another operation. I am still open to other experiences, so if anyone else has input, I'd like to hear it.
