Posted by John Is this graft exocrine drained to the bladder or to the duodenum? Do your doctors think it will resolve over time or do they have a surgical solution? Obviously they do not think it is severe enough to warrant removal of the graft.

I have heard of native pancreas having a ruptured pancreatic duct, which can collect the exocrine fluid in a small peudocyst outside the organ, or can allow it to seep into the abdomen (pancreatic ascites) but what you describe sounds different from either instance that I have run across.
