I wasn't active on the list for almost 5 months or so, but I was told it would be 6-12 months at ucsf, at ucsd I was told anytime to 2 yrs, maybe I didn't seem like a priority at the time, or maybe they really didn't do pancreas alone people, without ever having or needing a kidney could be it,but I think they are doing it a lot more now. Today at ucsf I think it is within a year still.I know I was one of the first pta people.most are people who have pancreas after kidney transplant.
