Carlene - I took Prograf after my transplant 3 years ago and shook terribly. After a year of not feeling well, plus the shaking that was so bad I couldn't write well enough to understand, they took me off the Prograf and put me on Rapamune. I have felt great ever since. Some medications go very well with some people, while others cannot tolerate them. I would keep very close contact with her transplant team and keep telling them of her condition, depression, shakiness, and fatigue. I was walking at a pretty good clip after a week and in 5 weeks, was doing housework, etc. but I never felt well on Prograf. I would really stress this to her team so they can further evaluate her. Hope all these suggestions help. We all seem to be saying the same thing. Good luck to you. Jan
