My husband had his transplant on March 18th and even though the kidney is not working properly, felt better immediately after surgery. Due to problems he has had, he is not the "normal" transplant case but do notice after 7 weeks the tremors and mood swings. Everyone tells us it is the medicines and they are being adjusted practically every week. It's just a hurry up -wait and see. Good luck to you.
