Posted by Becky I did have to force him early to get out of the house a few times. He was very worried about infection but got very depressed sitting a home all day. We had to deal with the winter months, so we really had no choice but to go to indoor places. Just getting outside can help. Things will really change alot within the first 6-9 months. They have finally settled down with us (my husband is about 10 months out now). Good luck, & be patient but don't be afraid to tell your sister your concerns.

My husband had little energy when he got home from the Hospital (seemed like he had alot in the hospital). There are alot of factors but being home was a big one. He was able to relax a bit more & did need alot of naps at first. Also, we found that Cellcept caused his energy level to drop along with his WBC. Since his meds have been lowered he does feel better, but still can feel tired alot. I think he forgets how much more he does now compared to when he was on dialysis. It may not seem like alot to him at times (or me by my standards) but compared to what he was like last year, it's amazing!!
