Our transplant center told us there was no difference between a 0-5 antigen match. We had three possibilities. They told us to make our decision based on who could get off work better, who can care for who after the transplant. If someone was the "bread winner" and there was also a "house wife" then the house wife maybe a better choice due to lost income. Also, if one is in better health to begin with. Hope some of this information helps - good luck.
