I recently was reduced from 10mg to 7.5mg of Prednisone. My docotors told me to take blood test every 4 weeks to detect any signs of rejection for couple months. Since prednisone is my only immuno suppressant med is for this reason.I had kidney transplant(cadaver)9/30/99.
I think you are at a great advantage without prednisone if the other meds can hold up.. keep us informed, very interesting.
