I had my kidney transplant almost 4 months ago, and am doing well. I would like to ask about infections specifically chicken pox and shingles.
My roommate just mentioned that his officemate did not report to work today due to chicken pox. I'm still on relatively high medication, and would like to know how much of a risk am I in. My roommate already had chicken pox when he was younger, so will he still carry the germs to me?
