The different results at differeht labs could be because different test methods have different sensitivities, some spot false positives, some skip them. Youd have to look carefully at the "0-1, 0-2" figures: it could be that one is RBC, and one is epithelial cells, or a ratio to WBC, several different things. Does anything say something like "0-1 RBC/hpf"?
