ITE guidelines

The National SCCA office directed me to my region for details on the ITE class since there really aren't any specific specs in the GCR.
Can anybody help? Example - I don't know what official minimum weight an Integra Type R can be. Also, on tech sheets, you are supposed to list the page in the GCR that references your car in your class, but for ITE - there isn't one???
