I need a toy size puppy that doesn't shed!

I am looking for a toy size (less than 10# full grown) dog for my daughter. I need a breed that does not shed. I prefer females, but this is not a deal breaker. Long hair is ok, as long as it does not shed. So far, a shih poo (shih tzu poodle mix) is the only breed that I know of that fits this criteria. I prefer a puppy, 8-10 weeks old. Please help! I'm in the northeast Kansas area, Topeka to be exact, but I'm willing to drive 150 miles to fulfill her wish. Also, trying to keep the cost low, so please let me know what the charge is.
