Pure Breed Presa Canario

I'm writing you from McPherson Kansas where I am the director of our Humane Society Shelter. I've been working with a veterinarian in Lawrence for the past few weeks trying to find a new home for a wonderful spayed, two year old pure breed Presa Canario which was abandoned there. She is a beautiful dog, obedience trained, very sweet and lovable. Not at all what most folks expect! We thought we had her placed, but the potential new owner's dog would not accept Shug, the Presa.
She is just a gentle giant, weighing nearly 90 lbs, with a beautiful brindle coat. She carries her stuffed toy mouse around gently, and sleeps with her own special blanket! Shug just needs a new family to love her.
