2 mama's and kittens

I currently have 2 mama cats and 2 litters of kittens. These cats were NOT mine, they were my neighbors. They have migrated to my house, and have gone through having kittens twice from both cats. I have been told by a vet that the mama's have siamese in them and some of the kittens are part siamese. Some blk, some blk and white, 2 blk and grey stripped. I have tried to find homes, but am on a limited budget, with 7 kids (4 step- kids and 3 daughters including a newborn). We can't afford to get them fixed, as diapers and formula come first. I prefer not to keep any of these, as we now need new carpet, with territory marking from the different cats that have been here. We have no animal control where we live, and somehow all the strays and unwanteds end up at my house. Can anyone help? 12 kittens total. THANKS
