I know what you mean about mad at work! I *might* finally be getting back to a normal routine at my work. They had switched me to a crew I absolutely HATED but after 5 months of hell, they switched me back to the crew I love. Seems like when work is bad it can affect your whole life.
P.S. The iPhone did not work out for me 
There are not enough towers in this area yet and it kept dropping calls and the internet wouldn't load. I wish it had because that phone is awesome!
