Life is not all perfect here either (problems such as pollution run-off from livestock farming and agricultural chemicals, etc.) but it's definetely better. I don't know what the solutions are to our problems! I think it would be better for all of us to return to a smaller agricultural-type society but use the technology we have today to keep us linked yet not crowded.
I like your idea of finding a career that will let you move to a less crowded area. I was just lucky in finding the job that I did. There are not many good paying jobs here unless you are somehow connected to farming, something I know nothing about!
I take it you like to cook too? I'd love to see some of your stuff if you ever care to post it.
I love it when ever I get the time. I love taking "regular" recipes and trying to make them veg without changing the outcome too much. I have a captive audience at work I can try the results on anytime. Most of those guys would eat anything as long as it's not too bizarre

: Thanks for the info. Besides your good

: leave the "rat race." I've
: watched my home (San Diego) grow from a

: in your footsteps. Get me outta here!

: Sorry it took me so long to get you
: approved, life has been a
