I bought some new potatoes (the yellow kind) and I want to make a potato salad - not the creamy kind, but the kind that has a vinaigrette dressing. I know I've seen a recipe like that somewhere. Probably won't have time this evening anyway.
I haven't tried the recipe yet. It sounds good though. A friend of mine said she was having a vegetarian guest this week so I sent her that un-chicken salad recipe I got from you. I'm still hooked on that one.
