Hi Gregg I have a quick question. I've read a lot about how most foods (unless organic etc) have excitotoxins etc that cause us to crave more and more of the foods. That plus the sugar, hydrogenated fats, etc.. cause us to be in an inflammatory state which causes all diseases. So sugar and grains are supposed to be eliminated. Then I read that eating less causes you to lose muscle and muscle is important for burning calories. I read that your supposed to still eat a lot (every 3 hours) but to eat foods such as salads that have little to no calories, so that you eat a lot without taking in a lot of calories. This lets your body know its ok to let go of the fat since its getting fed enough (no starvation) and still maintains a calorie deficit. Please let me know your thoughts on these matters. Thank you, CB
