Gregg everytime I try to eat small portions (less) like you teach, I last for about 2-3 days and then crash. Why after 2-3 days do I get so hungry? I get to the point where I feel like I haven't eaten a thing in days so I end up eating a huge meal. How did you stick with it? And even if you do stick with it, doesn't putting your body in starvation mode cause you to store fat? Please help, I'm struggling bad.
