I guess the biggest question I have is what size portions did you eat to lose the weight and how many times a day??? That is the area I struggle with the most, not knowing what the portion sizes should be. When I lose all the fat, I should be around 190 to 200 pounds cause Im 6'1 and someone muscular. Also, what did a typical meal consist of? I know you have the meal plans in the book but what interests me most is what your meals consisted of (portion size) and how many meals a day... :-) PS: In the past I tried eating smaller meals (too small I think) and it ended up shrinking my stomach or something because I would get full quicker after that, did that happen to you?
