Sounds like you're looking for a "trick" or "short cut" to weight loss, Al. In my opinion, those don't exist. Not through surgery, pills, crash dieting or other methods that could potentially harm your health more than help it. As stated many times, it's about eating balanced meals (both in regard to food and portions) and exercising more. No bullet points. No tricks. Just a commitment to what matters: YOUR HEALTH!
