I recently talked to a top medical adviser to the most popular people (government leaders etc) and he said that most of our being overweight is water weight. He says that we are 90% water and that most of the overweight bodyweight is water retention. He says that if we lessen our sodium, stop taking in so many fluids (unless were very active), if we eat mostly protein since it doesn't cause us to hold water (carbs), and if we avoid sugar and yeast which is responsible for so many diseases as well as bloating (picture bread being cooked and thats what yeast does in our body), this all will drop the water weight and the little bit of fat thats part of the equation. Plus our brains will be in better working order to run our bodies. Let me know your view on this. Do you think that the majority of your weight lost was water as he teaches? He says if we eat less we automatically hold less water and then if you add sweating from exercising to the equation, thats even more water gone.
