Hi i think you should eat daily 2000 calories..drink lots of water..get lots of vegetables in your diet..
Drink caffeine every morning which is proven to help lose weight quicker..
Avoid eating fast and fried foods..
Do extra activities instead of sitting around..like park farther from where your going and walk more..take that flight of stairs instead of elevator..
little things count remember you can do this!
