Very inspiring story, congratulations on all of your success. I had just a few questions:
1) Does it matter what kind of calories you ate to lose the fat? (protein, carbs, fat)?? If you were to have eaten less and ate mostly protein verses mostly carbs verses most fats, would it have mattered do you think?
2) 2nd question is I've heard over and over again that you need to eat 6 small meals a day and that you need to not cut your calories too low or you'll lose muscle.. Whats your view on this?
3) Last Questions is when you lost all of your weight, was it mainly from eating less or did you exercise like crazy? Anotherwords can you simply eat less the right way (whichever way that is) and lose the fat without a ton of exercise?
