You are a great inspiration. You are the best. I am learning adapt the just stop eating plan to my finicky eating habits. That is really the problem with me and meat. I am just a fussy eater. I do like eggs so I don't have a problem with that. I just have to substitute meat with the imitation alternatives. I have got back on track. I have just lost two pounds. Once I start seeing the difference I will have more confidence to keep it up.
I have decided to tape signs all over my home that say "Just stop eating so much!" as a reminder. I have also been looking at my old photos from a few years ago and they encourage me as well.
By the way, my husband LOVES the 3 hour chicken! He needs to go along with me on this because he is diabetic.
I am so determined. I'm feeling so tired and the weight seems to be weighing me down. I am not used to it because I used to be a total control freak about my weight and kept it low for years. I just got lazy and gave up about four years ago.
