Based on what it took for me to lose over 250 pounds, I don’t believe in counting calories. I think that method can get tiresome and eventually feel redundant. And it’s not altogether realistic for the busy lifestyles that we all lead. I recommend portion control and eating the right foods -- foods that your body will get vitamins, nutrients and satisfaction from.
