Thanks for the quick response Gregg. I've lost the weight like 5 times now. The most recent time I used Fitday to count calories. I kept my calories at 2000-2200 per day and burned a few hundred calories 5 days per week shooting hoops. It took me 5 months to lose 35 pounds though which makes it rough for someone like me because I lose motivation fairly quick. I like to see some kind of results or I get burnt out. Each time I lost the weight and got down from 260 to 225 or so, I ended up gaining it all back. My ideal weight is 190-200, I want a 6 pack! lol I would get depressed about things and start eating again as a form of stimulation and boom the weight was back fast. Also, I can't stand celery, carrots, fruits, etc.. I'm a meat and potatoes guy. An online fitness mentor of mine said you can eat whatever you want as long as you don't eat more calories than you burn. He said you can eat snickers bars (250 calories) and lose weight if you want. I guess your saying to eat the fruits and veggies because they have less calories so you can eat more but it tastes so horrible ya know? Plus I have irritable bowl (stomach issues) so eating a lot of fruits and veggies will mess up my stomach. How did you eat to lose nearly 300 pounds in one year? How many calories per day?
PS: I own an Internet marketing/data company, let me know if you would be interested in any of our databases, leads, etc.. to expand your business. I'd be willing to joint venture with you and provide you with whatever I have that you could use in return for a copy of your downloadable book and maybe some ongoing mentoring (could be through chat messenger or email if you don't like talking on the phone).
