I go nuts if I don't eat every hour of the day while running my Internet business. I actually get hungry. I have to eat a peanut butter granola bar or some low calorie chips, a hot pocket, or something every hour. I probably eat betweeen 3000-5000 calories per day and I know I need to be at 1500-2000 if I want to lose weight. Any advice for someone in my position that has access to food all day long and is parked in front of a computer? I mean I have a recumbent bike in my office here which I use here and there, but when your eating as much as I do, exercise doesnt burn enough calories. Im 33 years old, 6'1 250 pounds. I drink a 12 pack of diet coke a day that I'm addicted to, no water, and I live in the foothills of NC (dry - low humidity). Several addictions to break. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. PS: I've lost weight simply by counting carlories in the past, but every single time I gain it all back.
