This is great advice, Rita! Too often, as dieters, we will have a bad moment (and eat too much) and then say, "Well, so much for this week." Instead, make the "oops" about ONE SINGLE MEAL (or snack) not about a whole "day off" or "week off." Get right back on the wagon (so to speak) and the damage from going off the plan won't be so severe. (This is actually what "thin people" do. But don't let them know we're learning their secrets! LOL!)
