Suzy, I am so happy that you are in control of your eating now. Just remember if, and only if it happens that you loose control at some point in this, just be on track at the very next meal and stick with it. Don't do what all dieters usually do which is go off the plan and feel bad and beat themselves up over it. Just put the horse blinders on and go full steam ahead and never look back. It has worked for me this way and every week I loose weight even if it's only a pound or two.
