Don't make me call the PEPPER POLICE, rita! LOL! Balsamic vinegar can leave your tongue in pain sometimes, too. As is true for all aspects of eating: MODERATION IS KEY!
As for your tips, thanks for sharing those. Food storage tricks and tips are always helpful to Just Stoppers! After all, this program should be as easy as it is successful. Preparing food ahead of time and having "proper sized portions" ready beforehand is helpful not only for time crunches, but also for keeping us from eating too much!
