Hi I am enjoying the recipes and so is my hubby. If part of your eating too much is from eating like a garbage disposal to stop from literally going to "waste", put half of the whole wheat bagels and whole wheat bread as individual servings kept in a zip lock bag and keep it in your freezer ready to use when you need it.
Also be careful not to put too much ground pepper on your salad or your tongue will be on fire. That happened to me last night. I overdid the pepper. hooooo-eeeee!
