February 11th: 398lbs
March 11th: 371lbs (27lbs lost)
April 8th: 355lbs (43lbs lost)
Well, in the last month I've dropped another 16lbs, it wasn't as much as the first month, but I didn't expect it to be quite that much every time anyway (the first week I started the diet I dropped 11lbs).
I've also started some new medication this month which is probably screwing around some with my weight loss, but I'm trying not to let that discourage me.
Anyway, just wanted to keep you folks updated on my progress, hope everyone else is sticking with it as well. Good luck guys.
