I used to weigh 165 lbs. Now Im at 382 lbs. Was at 401 lbs. Got down to 347 lbs last year. I read this title and totally agree. Just stop eating cut back your food 75% and you will start losing.
I spin spike like 4 to 5 times a week. about 45 minutes a day. Quit smoking 4 months ago and feel great!! Time to knock off this weight! No more excuses.
