Hi Gregg,
Thanks for all of your support whenever we need it. That is what's so fantastic about Just Stop and I really appreciate you.
I am having a bit of a problem starting the exercise part of the plan and I will tell you why. I had foot surgery last June and my left foot is still messed up and I need another foot operation to straighten out my big toe and relieve the joint pain. Also, I have a lot of arthritis in my knees and I recently tore a meniscus in my left knee and it is messed up too! I guess I'm all messed up from the knees down.
So, do I just do the calisthenic exercises for now and leave out the fast walk/run and cardio part or what can I do? I don't swim and I don't have a stationary bike. I know I need some cardio activity since my blood pressure is too high. Oh yeh, I got that problem too.
Rita
