Ida, I agree the food list is very limited but Gregg is trying to help us understand how our body works and how we should treat it. I really don't think anyone (and that means the thin folks too!) loves eating this way except for Gregg. Ha ha!! But you know after the first week I'm starting to like it a bit too. I really think it's my body that likes it and not really my mind or taste buds. Anyway, we need limited options or we will go crazy and then we will be more tempted to cheat as Gregg has explained. Remember No Pain No Gain and that is in our successes with weight loss. Cheers!
